Hi guys! This video is about mold toxicity symptoms. After experiencing a massive flood in my apartment building 4 years ago, I had many mold related health problems, and it took quite a while to figure out what was going on with me. The symptoms of mold exposure are sometimes vague and diffuse, and it can be difficult to diagnose. I wanted to make a video explaining some of the things that I went through, in case it may help someone who is having similar symptoms figure out what may be causing them to feel unwell. I had extreme fatigue, rosacea, could not sleep, trouble breathing, hives, GI upset, anxiety, sneezing and coughing and more. I don'y normally talk too much about my mold exposure, but have learned a great deal the last few years in my healing process, and share it in hopes that if it has had an effect on you or a loved one, you will learn something from this.
