Technically this is: No retreat, No surrender 4 Title was changed to King of the kickboxers to cash in on JCVD film Kickboxer which was released a year before. 10 years ago his brother was killed by Khan (Billy Blanks) in Thailand, now Jake (Lauren Avedon) works an an undercover cop in New York, his police captain doesnt want him around because of the way he works and instead wants him to investigate a ring of snuff film producers being made in Thailand. Jake recognizes Khan in the snuff films and accepts the job but in order to kill Khan he must improve his kickboxing skills first to stand a chance against Khan. A Hong Kong production so expect lots of real full contact hits and kicks.
