A 6 hour long riveting documentary in 6 parts with the not so nice Vince McMahon about American wrestling plus many, many others things, the man who unified American wrestling and made it mainstream all around the world. You dont have to be a wrestling fan or hater to enjoy this documentary! While American wrestling is fake/scripted the pain is NOT! (Vince says who wins or loses). Hulk Hogan says he had gone through 23 surgeries because of wrestling. No other sport/show in USA is as deadly as this one! Reviewers liked this documentary but was angry why Chapter 3. Montreal Screw Job was NOT explained better, Bret "The hitman" Hart owned his on screen Hitman character which is why Vince could NOT tell him or force him to lose, some critics had an issue with that of course, that "fucking bitch Bret Hart cant get over it and bitches like a little bitch here, Fuck him!" Vince McMahon took WWF (WWE) to new heights, fending off competition, sex scandals, even murders, but where do the lines blur between Vince McMahon and his on screen character, Mr McMahon end, where do the lines between real violence and fake violence end in the hyper violent "Attitude era" end ? (Most say there is NO difference) And how on earth do you top Donald Trump entering the ring to fight ?! Mrs. Linda McMahon has been nominated to lead the Department of Education under the second Trump administration. It is genuinely like a soap opera, it's so outlandish, so over the top, so extreme, the characters feel exactly that, unlike any possible real person, and that's the appeal I guess, it's almost like a real life cartoon. It's unreal, even for someone who gave up on wrestling probably in about 1998. McMahon is shown in the titles as a puppet master, and that's exactly what he is. It's pinch of salt stuff, that is until the final episode, where it takes a dramatic shift, and suddenly feels very real. Very well made, goofy interviews, as well as some very serious ones. It explores various different elements of wrestling, the people, the business, the mistakes, deaths and injuries, it even talks about its bright future.
