Based on the life of Tennessee sheriff Buford Pusser, who almost single-handily cleaned up his small town of crime and corruption, but at a personal cost of his family life and nearly his own life. Whats interesting is that its about the Southern Dixie Mafia, which is a separate mafia organization from the traditional 5 families of New York and operates independently in mainly South Eastern USA. The 5 families cant enter and nor can the Dixie mafia enter New York and the film dares to be pro gun too! Perhaps because this is not a Hollywood film but an independent one ? And women apparently gets sexually aroused when we see men beat the shit out of each other! Not a single word is said, just read her face!
