Dressing up HKAFO Style

I've had requests to show me getting ready, so here it is. This is part one and the unedited version was exactly 15 minutes. That's minus my catheter changeover, getting my legs into support hose, and my stabilizing post insertion, all which adds another 25 minutes, plus just getting into my regular clothes. Altogether, it takes me about 45 minutes to get fully ready to go out the door. And, yes, it is really tiring.
