How do you get dressed in a spinal halo?

Getting dressed can be a challenge in the halo but I have found that anything with a wide stretchy neckline will work (so do singlets and simple camisoles btw). I like to wear a natural fiber against my skin and create a layer between the lambswool and my skin so I can change every day.
