Rainy backstreets of Japan at night 5・4K HDR

How are this camera settings for night filming? I was constantly trying to film better rainy video than Backstreets of Japan part 3. In many cases I did not have camera with me when it started raining. Even If I was at home almost every time raining got weak or stopped soon after filming start. And no thunder. This time is different.
