Ukrainian Agent Taken Hostage, Tapegagged and Tormented

During a routine interrogation, a female Ukrainian police agent is ambushed by a gang of criminals, and is taken hostage (0:28). She is then tapegagged (1:09) by one of the mooks, who quickly grows fond of the unlucky officer (2:43), relentlessly tormenting her - much to the chagrin of her white-shirted detective partner, who joined the criminals by posing as an arrested suspect. After relocating to a garage (3:53), the officer is still being tormented by one of the captors, up to the point of almost being assaulted (6:19) by the sadistic mook - thankfully, her undercover partner then intervenes, and takes out the whole gang, eventually untying the now-rescued officer.
