Hello all Lift and carry friends. This is my first video clip in year 2011. This is a front lift between two friends. One of my favorite position. The lifter girl has good holding capacity. Hope you all like the video.Liftee women is heavier than the lifter. Liftee lady is almost 70 kgs which is heavy load for the lifter girl. But she performs the lifts effortlessly.
