Allen teaching Hoplite shield and spear

Allen Pittman demonstrates the tactics of the Greek Hoplite spear and shield using accurate reproduction weapons. The spear has blunt heads for safety but is ash and steel, the shield is concentric rings of plywood with wood filler turned on a special jib.
