I haven't reviewed a pair of open toe high heels before and I was really excited to review these ones! I paired them with some 40 Denier K-Pantyhose for a nice spring look. This is an excellent Spring/Summer OOTD. What do you think about open toe high heels? Do you prefer closed toe?
