By having actual footage/data, i can see what went wrong, i can also see what went right. And i get coaching from my coaches and teammates as well. That's how progress is made in a consistent and conscious manner imo. When working with clients on their health and fitness, tracking is one key component to their success. Without data we're just shooting in the dark. And without some serious accountability and coaching, that data will be useless. You don't need a coach to track your workouts and calories. You do need a coach to keep you consistent and to guide you through the peaks and valleys of your journey. Coaches come in many forms, parents, friends, spouses, etc. The best ones i've come across are the ones who care and have a vested intere
