They were right and there were many. One of the most joyful, welcoming places I’ve ever experienced, music plays constantly and I’ve never fist pumped so often in my life? Spent most of it surfing with a sunburnt ass, romantically involved with a fish taco, or practicing some shocking Spanish. Have you ever hung off the back of a pick up truck with strangers unsure if you’ll make it to the top of the mountain? Would recommend (we made it). Met the coolest people, saw the most unbelievable of sunsets and felt like Anthony Bourdain the entire time.
