И_Сэм Хьюэн 24/06/2025 pieter_vodden и samheughan Some of you guys know that the original @ pharosathleticclub was built on a the blueprint of Movie Prep work idone for @ gymjonessalvation with @ andyhorwitz . My brain was dialed in to the programs , equipment and protocols I would need to create the best transformations in the shortest amount of time . The vision has evolved over the years but @ pharospalmsprings is my best shot at the title . I had my friend @ samheughan come and test it out with me . Plenty of fitness , plenty of fun, plenty of recreation. A space to build good things …. Bodies, mindset , relationships , community … this endeavor is what throws fuel on my flame .
