Celeste is competing for the coveted Miss America pagent. Her trainer, Honey, previously won the competition and will do everything in her power to ensure that Celeste is next in line. She happens to know that the judges lean vary favorably towards contestants with a sensitive side, particularly when that sensitivity can produces squeals of ticklish laughter!
